The location was unbeatable and nice, at a walking distance from Leon Arena. It was located in a fantastic area near to the beautiful cathedral, cafes and restaurants, and the center of the city.

The room was a nice size for a nice bath, we stayed in all day. Location: the hotel was really close to the cathedral attractions and the main attractions, close to the cathedral and restaurants, tapas bars and amenities. Being so close to Alfonso Valderas was nice, we had dinner there.

Our stay at Barcelo Leon Conde Luna was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. We were pleased with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The parking facilities were expensive and the parking slots were small. I could hear the phone conversation held by the next door guest.

large room, no toilet flushing, no elevators working 20 minutes every time you had to go down. You were seen with children and no one helped with the bags. first day they made us look like we could not leave the car in the parking lot with the consequent stress of having to take it out the next day. With two children of 1 and 3 years old, they put us a bunk bed, ready to kill one of us. TV is from another era, badly tuned, closet where it was was not turning the doors well, is why the children had to go straight to bed to watch TV. Another issue is the dirty bathtub, tap or you burned or peeled, poorly regulated heat. They must have thought that if you go with children, what better than to put all the rooms with children nearby, with the consequent stress that you already accumulate with your own children, so that you can also hear those of others. Beware of deception, I get tired of commenting that this is not a 4 Star, is a 4 administrative but does not exceed 3.

The room was impeccably clean and spacious with a nice balcony, and everything was very good; I would definitely come back here.

They gave me a good sized sound proof ( almost ) bedroom, well furnished with an excellent bathroom.

The welcome was none existant, the Reception staff seemed disinterested and, finally, altho my room was a non smoker there were smokers in nearby rooms. The hotel needs a good professional manager to bring it and the attitude of the staff up to-date

We truly enjoyed good location a super close walk to Plaza Mayor de Leon. There was a good restaurant, a main shopping street and a shopping street next door. We stayed in the double room which was updated.
